I went in signed up on July **th, was charged ***.** and ***.** for which was suppose to be for my heart monitor . I only used the gym once cause of back incident so i figured since i am not going to go why pay so i went to cancel ********* and ask about my heart monitor he said we can reimburse you. but when he pulled up my account there was no charge on his end. I have proof from my credit card that i was charged. I would like to get refunded or my heart monitor i paid for.
GetHuman-yvettepo did not yet indicate what 9 Round should do to make this right.
