CONGRATULATIONS ON HAVING THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY MAJOR CORPORATION UN THE USA.*Representatives that are inept and a system that has to have a case file opened to resolve minor problems. An ap that is filled with problems and store don't even no hpw to do the rewards. You need to fire your entire CUSTOMER SERVICE department and start over and get a computer programmer to wtite an ap that works.
