I bought the 3M Adhesive Remover (product number [redacted]) to remove a leftover car decal on my [redacted] Jeep Wrangler, which is black. After following the instructions on the label, the outcome was terrible. The adhesive was still there, and the area (bottom passenger side of the tailgate) is now bleached where the product was applied. I purchased it through Amazon and plan to reach out to them. I couldn't find a specific batch number to reference for the issue. I'm interested in understanding what went wrong and seeking more details. I've noticed this is an uncommon problem based on online searches. I'm looking for advice on how to fix the bleached plastic, and I hope that 3M can provide a solution for me and others facing the same issue.

I appreciate the opportunity to reach out. I've been a satisfied 3M customer for years and have relied on various Post-it notes products. However, I am disappointed with recent purchases as the adhesive is not as reliable. This sentiment extends to Scotch Tape as well. It's disheartening when the quality doesn't meet expectations despite consistent or increased pricing. I am considering switching to a different supplier. Thank you for your previous services. Integrity remains paramount in customer relations. No response is necessary.

I am extremely frustrated with the recent experience I've had with 3M products. Our family has always trusted and supported 3M as a US company, but that has changed now. The way our issue was handled in Florida was unacceptable. We have decided to stop using all 3M products and urge our [redacted]+ family members to do the same. We are beyond disappointed and feel our concerns cannot be resolved. I will provide one email for contact purposes, but we no longer wish to engage with 3M. It's disheartening to see a company we once valued let us down so severely.
