I purchased 75,[redacted] VC for my PlayStation MyCareer, but the VC hasn't been added to my account. Despite reaching out to the support team three times, I have only received one automated response apologizing for the inconvenience. I spent nearly £50 on VC, and it's been over two weeks without a resolution. I feel frustrated and disappointed that my money seems to have gone to waste. I attached screenshots of the purchase as proof in my emails, but I haven't received any further assistance. Can someone please help me resolve this issue and ensure that I receive the VC I paid for? I have completed two Jason Kidd Spotlight challenges, #2 and #3, for steals and assists. However, as my MT totals were being calculated, the game glitched and kicked me out. As a result, I did not receive my MT, the challenge completion was not recognized even though I achieved the goals, and my players lost contracts. Also, the evolutions of Kenyon Martin and Jason Kidd did not progress despite their combined stats in both challenges, which included around 20 points and 60 assists for Kidd, and 98 points for Martin. Although I redid the steals challenge, I still need my points and assists to count towards the players' evolution requirements. I contacted a 2K support worker who was unhelpful and ended the chat without resolving the issue. I am seeking either the addition of my points, assists, and completion of the 3rd challenge, or compensation such as a Jason Kidd Spotlight box of packs to make up for this game error. I recently received a permanent ban on PlayStation due to a player in the 2k community falsely reporting me. I reached out to PlayStation support, who advised me to contact 2k support. After speaking with a representative who assured me the ban was unrelated to my 2k account, I was provided with a link to sign in. However, each time I try to sign in with my email, it says it's not associated with any 2k accounts. I've tried all my emails with no success. My concern is that I recently achieved Elite 1 status on NBA 2k20 after putting in a lot of effort and don't want to lose my progress. I am hoping to have my progress transferred to a new account. I have my system storage saved on a flash drive since I cannot access the online storage due to the ban. I appreciate any help in preserving the hard work I've put into the game.

My child enjoys playing NBA 2K20 on Xbox One, but whenever he tries to join games with other players, they often leave and refuse to play with him. It's disheartening to see my child in tears because others won't give him a chance due to his skill level. I invested money in upgrading his attributes, hoping it would help. I did not purchase the game for him to experience this unfair treatment. The situation feels like bullying, leaving my child feeling upset and discouraged. My internet connection had an issue with the PlayStation network, and one of my nearly maxed badge players got deleted mysteriously. Even though the player wasn't in the saved data management, I was able to recover a previously deleted player. I'm hoping to find out if it's possible to retrieve the near-maxed badge player. Unfortunately, I don't have any screenshots of the player, but I do recall the stats, badges, height, and weight details.

I've been enjoying playing NBA 2K18 on my PS3 for around three months now when suddenly it stopped working. Whenever I try to start it, the screen goes black with no sound or picture. What makes it even weirder is that the same thing happened with NBA 2K15 back in January [redacted]. The odd part is, NBA 2K15 was on a disc and NBA 2K18 was a downloaded version, yet they both stopped working in the same manner. I really want to get back to playing my game as I had a great time with it, and I believe it's worth the money I spent on it. Hopefully, there's a solution to this issue. I had been working on a character for quite some time, investing real money into VC to build it up. I spent around $[redacted] on this character. Recently, after changing my name, my MyCareer file vanished from both my system and the cloud. I had to create a new player, and while it restored all of my clothes, my new character started back at level 60. This is frustrating since I had spent close to $[redacted] on VC to level up my previous character, who had reached rank 89 and was on the verge of turning 90.

Each time I try to start a mycareer game, it freezes at 38 percent. I attempted restarting the game numerous times without success. Additionally, entering the park results in another freeze at 34 percent. The only way I can access the park is through invitations from friends. Once in the park, I find that I am limited to participating in the daily spin and ante up. Although I can play games, I am unable to access stores or the practice facility. Any attempts to navigate other features in the park prove futile.

My account, Imoh Palton Paulinus, has been disabled since January 12, [redacted]. The pages attached to the account are still running, causing frustration because I use this account as part of my resume when applying for jobs. An employer contacted me saying the Facebook account listed on my CV doesn't exist. When I try to recover the account, a message pops up stating that I've been restricted from posting due to community guidelines issues without specifying the offense. I suspect a lady named Katefavour Heaven Chapel reported me for posting in a group, even though the group and page are linked to my account, which remains suspended while they are still active. This situation is unfair, especially considering the unstable internet connection in Africa. Kindly address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I recently switched PS4s and had to upload my account from the saved data storage. I've been trying to earn my Gym Rat badge as I had simulated through my first season. However, after playing 25 games, I realized that I'm not receiving any VC for my endorsements or my career games. This means I'm missing out on at least 70,[redacted] VC. I usually earn [redacted] VC per game due to my incentives. I have endorsement contracts with Beats, Gatorade, Jordan, and 2K, but I'm not receiving the VC I should be getting from them. My Gatorade boost is still showing as 3,[redacted] VC, and I'm not getting any of the additional VC. I hope this can be resolved soon as I've dedicated a lot of time to this game and believe I deserve the rewards. Last time I reached out, I didn't receive any response, so I am hoping for a resolution this time.

I recently purchased a Buzzer Beater Box in 2K20 MyTeam for my PS4 account under the username syn_vodal. After opening 20 packs, I didn't receive a single card from the BB set. Although I understand that cards aren't guaranteed, getting nothing from a $30-$40 box is frustrating. It seems unfair to offer customers so little during these times. I've seen others share similar disappointing experiences with the pack odds. I would like a refund of my VC or a replacement box with at least some cards in it. It's disheartening to feel like I wasted money on an empty box. I hope this can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I am encountering an error code on my Ps4 every time I log onto my account (TipsyHokage) using any build. Despite following various YouTube tutorials and even attempting to reinstall the game and data, the issue persists. I am unable to play even a single game without facing this error. Restarting the Ps4 has also not resolved the problem. I need assistance in getting my account back in working order so I can continue to progress during this break. I suspect the glitch occurred when I accidentally canceled the synchronization of my player, leading to repeated error messages. I kindly request to have my rep set to ss3 and the game fixed to enable me to play again.

I have spent over $[redacted] on VC for my new account ESSAYSAS, hoping to get a Galaxy Opal player. Despite buying multiple packs, including a 10 or 20 pack bundle, I have only received duplicate cards and diamond cards from Series Pack 2. It's frustrating not to get what I want even after spending so much money. I would appreciate any gesture from the company, like a refund or a good card, to show that my loyalty as a customer since 2k15 (SA2K15) is valued. I just want a fair chance at getting the card I desire. Thank you.

I have listed 3 players on the auction house in the last week. Unfortunately, each time I experienced server issues leading to the auction house breaking. Despite emailing and attempting to use live chat multiple times, I have not received a response from the customer service team. Pau Gasol sold for 110k MT, which was 50k less than his market value that day. Vince Carter fetched 180k, which was at least 100k under his usual price. Just today, I sold an Oscar Robertson for 280k MT, significantly lower than his current market rate of 470k with 2 hours left on another listing. I find this situation unacceptable and I am seeking compensation. I have decided to halt playing the game until I hear back from 2K's customer service team. I believe a fair compensation would be at least 600k MT. I can provide screenshots as evidence if necessary.

I recently achieved elite 2 on NBA 2K20, which unlocked the T-Shirt creator for me. Unfortunately, I uploaded an inappropriate picture for the game. Afterwards, 2K support warned me that another offense would result in a permanent ban. The problem now is that while I can still make shirts in the T-Shirt creator, all my clothes have disappeared when I check my inventory. I'm unsure if this is a permanent or temporary issue, and I would appreciate some guidance on this matter.

Yesterday around 6:30 am, I created a new character in the game. However, I made an error in the height setting as I wasn't fully awake. I realized the mistake after playing a few games and earning some badges. I would like to change the height of the character. I don't mind deleting the current build to create a new one, as I have invested nearly $[redacted] in the game and cannot afford to purchase more VC for another build. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I've been playing MyCareer on 2K20 for about two months now, and everything was going smoothly until a week ago. Each time I play, I encounter a bug where no matter how early I shoot the ball or how lightly I tap the X button, it always results in a late release. I attempted various solutions like changing controllers, restarting the game/console, and altering my player's jump shot, but nothing seemed to fix the issue. Interestingly, I discovered that the problem only occurs with the X button as shooting with the pro stick function works perfectly fine. This problem is incredibly frustrating as it hinders my player's progress and gameplay experience.

I've been playing mycareer solo for the past two hours without any issues. However, when I attempt to join a spot on the court in the neighborhood, I receive an error stating "You Don't have the Required account privileges." Can you check if my account is banned? If I am banned, I haven't done anything wrong, so please rectify this. If I'm not banned, could you investigate what might be causing this issue? My PlayStation 4 account name is OneHandedLegend1.
