I have experienced repeated blue screens while playing 2k20 recently. I followed all the recommended solutions but ended up losing all my MyPlayers. This included losing the virtual currency I invested in them from both the legend edition and $50 extra. I had to create new players from scratch. I am seeking assistance to recover what was lost due to this issue, as this is the only game where I have encountered blue screening. I would appreciate a resolution or compensation equivalent to the value of my lost players.

I inadvertently deleted my character in my career file while trying to load up for the 2v2 rush event. This character was significant to me as I spent $50 to upgrade it to a 91 overall in three weeks, acquiring 30 out of 59 badges for my 2wayslashing playmaker. I am requesting help in recovering this file and can provide proof of the character if necessary. My investment in the game has amounted to about $[redacted] this year, and I am willing to take measures to avoid similar incidents in the future. I submitted a request today because my player disappeared when I got a new PS4. I was told I could get my player back if I provide the correct details. Here they are: In-game registration email: [redacted] Archetype: Offensive Threat Position: PG Overall: 73 Player created: December 16th Last played: December 19th I also provided a video with my current save files and PSN. It's been about 6 hours, and I haven't heard anything or had my player restored. Please help me soon because I spent a lot of time earning badges for my player.

I lost all the players I created on my PlayStation when it went into safe mode. I tried to research and recover them but ended up emailing 2K support for help. While waiting, I made a new player which I also lost when trying to retrieve the old ones. I spent a lot of time and $50 on grinding for the new player. I love this game and I am really frustrated about losing my progress. I hope to either get my players back or a refund.

I have followed all the instructions given by the representative after submitting a ticket. I provided proof of the deleted account and created a new myCareer file for my missing builds as directed. Despite following these steps, I have not received any updates on the status of the cloned player after 5 days. I am simply eager to have my players back and resolve this matter.

While playing NBA 2K18 on my Nintendo Switch, I encountered an issue when the game prompted me to download updates by pressing A to continue. However, upon doing so, the screen froze at this point with the updates already loaded, rendering all the controller buttons unresponsive. I experienced an issue while playing my career in NBA 2K19. After the game, when attempting to access the park, my screen froze, and the loading ball in the corner disappeared. I attempted to fix it by reinstalling the game, but the problem persisted. Interestingly, I can access the park with my rebirth player without any trouble, but my level 97 player now consistently freezes the screen, eventually going black after three minutes. I have no trouble loading any of my other players, just the level 97 one. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

This morning on Christmas, I was an AllStar 2 in the game, but when I returned later in the day, I found myself downgraded to rookie 3. Additionally, I received a message warning me about consequences if I quit a game in mypark, which I did not do. The message appeared after a loud helicopter noise at the end of a completed game. I am unsure why this all happened, and I would rather give up the game than go through the trouble of working my way back to my previous level. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have two PlayStations, with the first one being my primary console. Lately, I have been using the second console more frequently, allowing my nephew to use the first one. However, I've encountered an issue with my player data in NBA 2K20. On my primary console, I had built up my small forward, a 3-level scorer, to a 93 overall. Yet, when I logged into the second console, it shows my player as only a 91 with the last login date inaccurately listed as 11/3/[redacted]. I know I have played more recently, especially around Thanksgiving. I have invested time and money into this player, purchasing virtual currency and upgrading skills. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this discrepancy. Thank you.

I asked my friend to create a player for me on my account using his Xbox. I had approximately 85,[redacted] VC, and he redeemed an Xbox gift for my account successfully. We created an offensive threat player, and my total VC was around [redacted],[redacted]. However, after the player was completed, I logged in and couldn't find the player on either my account or my friend's account. I am frustrated because I invested a significant amount of money into this game, and now I am unable to retrieve my funds or the player I spent it on. This situation is incredibly disappointing and should have been handled better.

In my 2k19 MyCareer, during game 4 of the finals, I managed to tie the game with a 3-pointer in 2OT, eventually winning in 3OT. But when it was supposed to take me to the interview, an error message popped up saying it couldn't connect to the server, and I was sent back to the home screen. None of my progress was saved, despite the thrilling win. I tried it again, and the same issue occurred. It happened once more, and I found myself back at square one. It's frustrating because I can use PS Now, so it's not an issue with my connection.

A few weeks ago, my PlayStation got stuck in safe mode, requiring me to delete all data from its storage. Fortunately, I had extended storage where I saved all my games, including Nba2k20. However, upon accessing my career mode, I discovered my MyPlayer was missing. My character was an 89-rated offensive threat. I would appreciate it if you could restore my missing MyPlayer or provide me with enough VC to reach my previous progress.

I recently won the Court Conqueror event and wanted to buy some shorts from the NBA store to go with my new Wade jersey. However, when I tried to make the purchase, it said the prize was not eligible. Confused, I decided to claim my prize and ended up with an Oscar Robertson item from the store. I assumed it was free since it didn't mention it wasn't eligible, but it wasn't. Now I'm stuck and unable to get the shorts I originally wanted. I am having trouble accessing the neighborhood with my players in my basketball career app. I have invested over $[redacted] in the game, including the original purchase and VC. However, I keep encountering errors that cause the application to shut down. I primarily play for this feature, and it is frustrating not being able to use it. I believe if this issue is not resolved promptly, I should receive a full refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I have even informed my pro am team that I will not be purchasing the next version of the game due to these ongoing problems. I have reported the error through PSN multiple times using the PSN ID rc2fresh24, but the issue persists. It has been nearly three weeks since I could last play in the rec center or pro am, and I find it unacceptable considering the amount of money I have spent on the game. Thank you.

I created a new player in NBA 2K20 and purchased VC for them. After completing the prelude and playing my second game, I tried to work on badges at the practice facility, but the game kept kicking me out, which was frustrating. When I returned later, I discovered I couldn't load in with that player anymore.

I lost an 89 overall glass lock that was 7 foot 1, and my sharpshooting facilitator's rating dropped to 77 because of a system malfunction. I accidentally overwrote my current 85 overall 6 foot 5 slasher build with an old save file dated 9/18/19 that I thought belonged to a different player. I can't retrieve my saves since my system is no longer accessible, and I didn't back up my progress. I'm continuously experiencing issues with player corruption, deletion, and overwriting in 2K20, and I'm seeking assistance to resolve this ongoing problem.

I recently experienced my PS4 going into safe mode, resulting in the deletion of all my players, something that has never happened before. After reaching out to 2K via email, they were responsive until they mentioned they would assist in recovering my players. However, since Wednesday, I have not received any further updates after previously receiving daily emails. I am eager to recover my 97 center, 70 small forward, and 81 point guard. Is there a way to communicate with them directly or any alternative method you could suggest to help with the recovery process?

I purchased the NBA 2K20 Legend Edition (Full Game and Add-On Content) for $49.99 on December 26, [redacted], at 01:29 AM during the holiday sale. However, after downloading the game, I received the incorrect edition, getting the regular version instead. I purchased 75,[redacted] VC for my PlayStation MyCareer, but the VC hasn't been added yet. Despite reaching out to 2K support three times, I only received one brief response apologizing for the inconvenience. I spent nearly £50 on VC, it's been over 2 weeks now, and I'm frustrated with the lack of progress.
