Hello, my name is Piwai Zsasz. I'm experiencing consistent crashes (error code CE-[redacted]-0) while playing WWE 2K20. I have already installed the latest update and have attempted to fix it by deleting and reinstalling the game twice since its release, and two more times just yesterday. However, the universe mode remains problematic. I apologize for my language, but this game, despite its price and the effort put into its development, has been the worst game experience for me so far. As a dedicated wrestling fan and gamer, I am very disappointed. The latest update 1.02 seems to have exacerbated the issues, with the game crashing every time I attempt to start a match. I am quite frustrated with this situation. Many people have reached out to me for my opinion on the game, and unfortunately, I have to share these negative experiences. I truly hope that the game developers can work swiftly to address these issues and improve WWE 2K20. I eagerly await a resolution as I dislike speaking negatively about games, especially wrestling ones, but the current situation leaves me no choice. Best of luck with resolving these problems. Piwai

Hello, I accidentally deleted my player save while clicking through the game when talking to a friend. I promptly contacted 2ksupport and received a response within an hour, guiding me on what to do. However, due to the late hour, I postponed following their instructions until the next day. Thinking my initial email might have been lost, I contacted them again, received another quick response, and resent the necessary details. It has now been over 24 hours since then, and I have not heard back regarding the completion of the process. I am disappointed as I have lost valuable playing time with friends and am worried about losing my player progress. I have invested around £10 and a significant amount of time into the game. I feel I deserve compensation for the lost time and the lack of communication from your support team. Despite raising my concerns, I have not received any further response from 2ksupport in over 48 hours. I am deeply dissatisfied with this level of customer service and if this is not addressed, I will refrain from purchasing the game again or spending additional money this year.

Hello, I'm MDFLitRound6 on PlayStation. I am experiencing trouble with my Playmaking Stretch Five character in NBA 2K. Although I have unlocked the jumpshot creator for both my characters, my issue lies with the custom jumpshot not applying correctly to my second character. Despite creating and saving a custom jumpshot for my Playmaking Stretch Five, the game only allows me to equip NBA player, set shot, 2K jumpshot, or amateur shot for gameplay in the Rec, Pro Am Team, Neighborhood, or myCareer modes. Every time I try to use the custom jumpshot, it defaults to Set Shot 70 instead. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved, so I can successfully equip and use my custom jumpshot for my Playmaking Stretch Five character across all game modes. Thank you.

I recently purchased the deluxe edition of WWE 2k20 digitally for my PS4 in Canada last month and am extremely disappointed with its current state. Despite two patches, the game still suffers from numerous graphical issues, saving problems, and frequent crashes. I spent $[redacted] on this game and was expecting a similar experience to WWE 2k19, but I feel like I have not received my money's worth at all. I am hoping for a substantial partial refund or a complimentary PS4 code for another 2K game as compensation for the lack of quality control in WWE 2k20. The developers should be ashamed to have released a game in such a broken state.

Please improve the game, NBA 2K20. Despite having no badges, suddenly I was making shots effortlessly, but now, even wide-open shots are missed. Somehow, I make difficult layups with poor coverage, but can't hit an open three-pointer. The game feels unbalanced compared to NBA 2K19, where shooting was more consistent. My friend, a 99-rated player with all badges, complains about missing open shots. It's frustrating and makes me consider buying badges instead of earning them through play. NBA 2K20's badge progression is slow, unlike the quicker system in the previous version. There are also glitches that disrupt gameplay and attribute tracking. Please address these issues and make the game enjoyable again.

I accidentally deleted my 88 overall SF Oklahoma City player in the game. I've heard that there might be an option for a one-time restore of deleted players. This is important to me because I invested $30 worth of VC coins into this player. I would like to know if it's possible to recover my player or at least get reimbursed with the VC coins so I can recreate a similar player. I encountered a bug in Borderlands 3 with the achievement "Master of All You Survey" where it unlocked before I found all the named locations as required. I believe the game glitched, and I need help relocking the achievement.

In NBA 2K20, I have been experiencing a frustrating issue with my player's created jump shot. Despite creating different jump shots, every time I play a game in the park, career, rec, or pro-am, my jump shot reverts back to jump shot 70. This has been happening for a month now, and it's ruining my gaming experience. I have invested a lot of money and time into this game over the last 4 years, and this recurring problem is making my player underperform, even though they have impressive stats. With the amount of players in the game, it's disappointing that 2K doesn't prioritize fixing these issues to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. I hope that the updates will address this problem soon so I can get back to enjoying the game as intended.

For the past two years, I have eagerly awaited the release of NBA 2K in two different cities, being first in line each time. While I thoroughly enjoyed NBA 2K19, I have been disappointed with NBA 2K20. Despite investing $[redacted] in the LeBron and Wade version of the game and VC, I am unsatisfied with the overall product. The numerous glitches, constant updates, patches, unfair advantages of Demi-gods, missed layups, and centers shooting like guards have detracted from my gaming experience. As a result, I would like to request a full refund for NBA 2K20 and the VC I purchased. I am considering returning to NBA 2K19 or possibly waiting for NBA 2K21 to be released. The time and effort I have put into being first in line for two consecutive years has not been met with the expected gaming quality.

In NBA 2K20, there is a mode called MyCareer, which requires online connectivity. Despite having Xbox Live Gold and being able to play online on other games, I am unable to connect in 2K. Although my settings allow online play for 2K, it keeps stating that I do not meet the requirements. My parents and I confirmed the settings were correct. When attempting to log into my 2K Sports account, I received an error message stating the account could not be found. I hope this issue gets resolved soon so I can enjoy playing online in 2K as well.

Hello, I am facing an issue with one of the players I created in the game. I made a power forward, a 3-level scorer, but after the recent updates and patches, his physical attributes decreased significantly. His speed went down to 63, acceleration to 55 from the high 70s/low 80s, and his vertical dropped to 49 from the mid-60s. His strength is now at 72, and stamina at 96. Today, when I tried to load my players in the game, I found that all my stats and players seem to be deleted. My career save files appear to be unknown, and there's a mix-up where they're displayed on the left side of the screen instead of the usual right side. Instead of my existing players loading, it seems to prompt me to create new ones. Additionally, I noticed that my Virtual Currency (VC) is not showing up. Previously, I had an 88-rated slashing player, an 89 sharpshooter, and a 90 glass-cleaning lockdown player.

While playing MyTeam Unlimited on 2K, I was close to achieving a 12-0 record when an unexpected error occurred during my 11th game. Despite leading by more than 20 points with three minutes left in the 4th quarter, the error abruptly returned me to the MyTeam menu, resulting in a loss. The timing, coming right after my opponent used a timeout, seems suspicious. I suspect foul play and would appreciate it if the matter could be investigated. My goal was to reach 12-0, and this setback has been frustrating. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with the NBA2K game on PS4. Recently, my son changed his username, resulting in the loss of his progress from the "prospect level" to the "undrafted level". Despite trying to revert to the original name, the progress and level he achieved are still missing. After contacting PS4 support, they mentioned a known software glitch related to changing usernames. The PS4 representative suggested reaching out to the 2K publisher to resolve this issue. My son used his birthday money to reach the higher level and is now distressed over losing access to players and games he purchased. I am seeking guidance on how to restore his progress and access to the game levels and cards he had before.

I purchased the Legendary Edition of NBA 2 days ago, and unfortunately, my player files have disappeared. Upon checking the PlayStation upload files section, all my progress was gone, including my 86 overall rated player and the items from the Legendary Edition. I feel extremely disappointed and frustrated about this situation. I am hoping to have my player and all the items restored, especially the 100k VC that came with the edition and the additional 70,[redacted] VC that I purchased separately.

I am facing an issue where my player was accidentally deleted by a friend who borrowed my PlayStation. I had invested $50 in Vc to elevate my character to an 85 stretch big with no badges yet. I don't want the money spent on Vc to be wasted. My email connected to my account is [redacted], and my Psn is linked as well. I had an 89 overall Center that I frequently played with, and I invested over $[redacted] in VC solely on him. However, one day while playing, I was unexpectedly disconnected from the 2K server. When I tried to log back in with the same profile, I received a message stating that my file was corrupted, resulting in the loss of my character. I simply wish to either retrieve my Center or be refunded the money spent so I can begin anew with another center.

Hello, I recently encountered a corrupt file error in 2k. While I've dealt with this issue before, my current concern involves MyTeam. A glitch is indicating that I am at the "undrafted" collector level, even though I have gathered [redacted] cards. As a result, I am unable to use the auction house as it states my collector level is insufficient, despite displaying that I've collected [redacted] cards. I have tried refreshing and restarting the game and my PS4, but the problem persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Derrick. I play NBA 2K20, and my account is under DISRESPECTFUL_93. Recently, my PS4 had a malfunction, so I had to buy a new one. After re-downloading 2K20, I realized that all my players were gone. I had invested a lot of time and money in the game, maxing out one player at 96 with all badges and another in the 80s. I was also an AllStar3 at 96% in MyPark and want to regain my Superstar rank. I'm willing to do what it takes, so any assistance in recovering my players and rank would be greatly appreciated.

I asked my friend to get VC for NBA 2K20, but she accidentally bought it for 2K19. She sent me the receipt, and when I entered the code, it didn't work. I realized she bought VC for the wrong game. I intended to buy VC for 2K20, but now I have it for 2K19. I really need help so I don't feel like I wasted my money on the wrong game. I've been playing 2K since the Dreamcast and I love this game. I've also reached out to 2K support with proof of purchase and am waiting for a response back.
