I believe there has been an error in banning my account. I was not active on my account when the ban was imposed. Xbox Live can confirm this. I am a 99 overall Superstar 1 on NBA 2K20, a streamer, and a dedicated player. I would appreciate speaking to someone other than Akash D. despite multiple reports, the issue remains unresolved. My 2K account has been permanently banned unjustly. I have invested significant time and money into this game and would like my account reinstated.

I recently had to reset my PlayStation and unfortunately lost all my game data. I did not have PlayStation Plus to back up my files. One of my players was a 6'9 small forward rebounding wing at 91 overall with specific badges. I also had a 6'6 shooting guard 3 level scorer at 81 overall. I am unable to retrieve my 2K20 data from online storage due to not having PlayStation Plus. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my players as I am trying everything I can to restore them.

I was chatting with someone when I noticed that the message they sent contained a picture of a woman. I just finished speaking with Sony Entertainment regarding my pre-order of the NBA 2K20 Legend Edition basketball game. My wife and I were on Twitter, and we discovered that the Legend Edition comes with a code. However, I never received a code to unlock the additional content. I wasn't aware that a code was needed for that purpose. I would appreciate it if I could obtain a phone number to call and provide further details about the issue.

I recently discovered that my account was banned for playing on a pro-am team with a restricted name, which I was unaware of since I didn't create the team. If naming restrictions are the cause of bans, they should apply universally. I believe it's unfair to be banned without knowing the name or having a say. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, possibly having my account unbanned as I had no association with the team's name choice. It is concerning that I may be losing money due to this situation, and I hope for a fair outcome.

I'm having trouble playing a regular game in NBA 2K20. My sharp shooting facilitator is missing wide open shots with full bars, which shouldn't happen with a 95 three-point range. The game needs to be fixed so that shooters can perform accurately. If there's a shoot-out happening between teams, let it play out realistically. By updating these aspects, players like me and my friends who enjoy 2K will be more satisfied and likely to continue purchasing future installments. If these issues persist without improvement, many players may lose interest, including myself and my gaming circle.

I have two PS4 consoles with separate saved files on each. My issue involves my "my player" profile. While at my second home, I discovered that my 60 overall my player was missing along with the career file. I had to start over and raise my new player to a 71 overall in 2 days. However, upon returning to my first house, I found my original 60 overall my player intact but my 71 overall files were missing. Each time I try to enter the neighborhood in MyCareer, it keeps changing the player I am using. The situation escalated to freezing every time I attempt to load in. It consistently throws me into the game I was trying to enter, only to freeze again. I have invested a significant amount of money into VC for players I am unable to utilize now. This issue is frustrating, especially considering the financial commitment made for NBA 2K20.

Every time I try to load into the neighborhood in MyCareer, it switches to a different player and now it freezes constantly. It forces me into the game I was loading, freezing each time. I've spent significant money on Virtual Currency for players I can't even use now. This is frustrating on NBA 2K20. I need a refund or an urgent update to resolve this issue.

I was unfairly banned from playing my 2K game because a team I joined in Pro-Am created inappropriate banners on the sideline without my knowledge or consent. Even after contacting the team creator and urging them to inform 2K that I was not involved, the inappropriate content remained. I'm eager to get back to playing and progressing in my career mode, but I have yet to receive a response from 2K regarding this issue.

While I was in the neighborhood, I kept experiencing dashboarding issues on my Xbox. After restarting it and returning, I received a message stating that my career files were corrupted and would be overwritten. I was a 93 overall paint beast with 19 out of 22 finishing badges, and now it's all gone. I've been attempting to contact support without success. Please respond to me promptly. This situation occurred on October 6th, which was the last time I played. I created the character about 2 to 3 weeks after the game was released. Thank you.

I am currently using my girlfriend's PS4 to play my games with my account. While trying to add a new account, I accidentally deleted my whole account from her PS4. I later reinstalled my PSN account on her PS4, but all my data in 2k20 was lost. Even though my player remained, I couldn't recover the purchases and progress of the game. I tried making it my primary PS4 on the website, but the issue persists. I have spent over $[redacted] on in-game purchases, not including the $[redacted] for the game itself. I have reached out to various 2k sites and Ronnie himself but haven't received any helpful responses.

I am frustrated with the broken game I purchased. Despite having a pure shot creator, I am unable to make open fades with HOF difficult shots. I have not received any help from customer service, which is disappointing. Many players have complained about the game, so why hasn't it been fixed? Previous versions like 2k16 and 2k17 were loved, so why not make the current game better? The current state of the game is poor. I expect a resolution by tomorrow or I will take legal action. Please consider releasing a complete game instead of a broken version that customers have to pay for.

I encountered a strange issue with my dad's PS4 that required me to reset the default settings to resolve. After getting his account back up and running, I noticed that his saved data for Blackout (COD4) was intact. However, when I checked my player on 2k, it was missing. Surprisingly, my character was still accessible in Blacktop mode, even though I couldn't access my career. Despite being able to see my player with customized features, the game prompted me to create a new my career mode. Fearing I would lose all progress, especially considering I had invested in the $99 package with 100k VC, I urgently seek assistance. At 81ovr and striving for 90, losing my progress and VC would be a significant setback. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

While playing NBA 2k20 with friends, one of them created a 3v3 proAM team, and I accidentally joined a game with a team name and jerseys that were racist and inappropriate. I quickly left the team after the game. Surprisingly, I received a permanent ban notification two weeks later, even though I had invested time and money in my player. I am unsure why the ban is permanent and hope for clarification or a possible reversal since others engage in more severe behaviors without consequence.

I find this penalty excessive, especially considering other players get away with more severe offenses. I have experienced an issue with my player getting deleted in the game. I had previously created an 83 overall player with badges, but upon launching the game today, I discovered that my player was missing, and I was prompted to create a new 60 overall player. I prefer not to purchase VC and would like to regain access to my original player to continue playing with my friends. Yesterday, I still had my player, but due to an internet outage, something may have occurred. In either [redacted] or [redacted], I held the top rank in the world on NFL2K5. During a tournament sponsored by Pontiac called the Titatium Bowl, I won my first round 35-0. However, the next day, I discovered that my opponent, whom I had beaten, had been advanced to the next round. Upon investigation, the administrator claimed the other player accused me of using a defensive line glitch without any video evidence. I did not engage in such behavior. The player I defeated was then advanced and went on to win the region and receive prize money due to this decision. After 14 years, I am still troubled by the lack of professionalism displayed by your company. I am now considering taking legal action if I am not compensated for the regional win that was wrongly awarded to the other player. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Please address the issues in the game. As a 7'1" player, it doesn't make sense to miss shots and get outrebounded by shorter opponents. The imbalance should be fixed, especially with glass locks. Height advantage should matter. Please improve the game's mechanics, remove unnecessary badges, and bring back classic ones like limitless range and hustle rebounder instead of introducing new ones like rebound chaser. Lag and delays are also problems. Allow big players to block little guards trying to dunk. Overall, the game should aim for balance and fairness. Critics aside, older versions of the game were preferred over the current one. These changes would improve the gaming experience.

I preordered WWE 2K20 Deluxe Edition and collected it on the release date. After installation, I accepted the online license agreement and entered the preorder code for the Deluxe Edition content. However, upon redeeming the code, it did not direct me to download the promised content, but just looped back to the redemption screen. I was informed the preorder content would be available in a week. Following the installation of the latest game patch, I attempted to redeem the code again with the same result. I even tried reinstalling the game before entering the code, yet encountered the same issue. I am unsure how to proceed to access the Deluxe content. Do I require a new code?
