I recently decided to list some of my top players on the NBA2K19 auction house. I placed a Pink Diamond 97 James Harden Moments card for about [redacted],[redacted] MyTeam coins and the Diamond Kyrie Irving and Diamond LeBron James duo cards totaling [redacted]-[redacted],[redacted] MyTeam coins. I've invested a significant amount in this game and it would be great if there's a way to recover my losses. I've noticed this issue is quite common online, so I hope we can work together to resolve it. I assume I'll receive your response via email. Looking forward to hearing from you with next steps.

My Rim Protector excels at shooting threes, while Shot Creators steal the ball effectively. Unfortunately, my 3-point shot creator keeps missing wide-open threes despite having Hall of Fame Catch and Shoot. Additionally, the Rip Protector fails to block shots in close range, and opponents seem to glitch around static players. There's an issue with excessive reaching without consequences, favoring taller players to grab rebounds over lockdown defenders like me. It's frustrating having paid $[redacted] for the LeBron edition only to encounter these problems. Many players, including my friends, share similar concerns. I hope these issues get addressed soon because it's making me uncertain about purchasing the next 2k game.

Username: pvtbooger Issue: Hello, my name is Aspen C. I spent yesterday playing NBA 2K19 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Due to strong winds causing a power outage, my PS4 shut down. Upon restarting, my 2K career file was corrupted and had to be deleted to continue playing. Unfortunately, this means I lost my character. I had purchased $30 USD worth of VC points for this character, and now that I have to start over, I no longer have access to them. I am perplexed by the fact that my player, a 91 sharpshooting shot creator with all shooting badges maxed out, struggles to make wide-open catch-and-shoot threes, even with a boost. It is frustrating that my player consistently misses moving shots when I have the Difficult Shots badge on Hall of Fame. Additionally, I am annoyed by the occurrences where my player unintentionally throws the ball to the opponent during inbound plays on the 2s court. Even more so, I find it unreasonable that I cannot make a single catch-and-shoot mid-range shot without a boost, despite having an 89 rating in open mid-range shooting. The inconsistency in this game is overwhelming. It is astonishing that a shot-creating slasher can effortlessly make consecutive three-pointers, while my sharpshooter struggles to make shots, despite shooting being my secondary archetype.

I hit 95 on my play sharp with my friend and have video proof. That night, I created my rebirth - a playmaking stretch big, Primary Sharpshooting secondary, 6ft10, [redacted] weight, 86.5 wingspan. During the prelude, I chose the rebirth option for primary badges and cap breaker for 90 overall. However, when I checked my badges, my primary shooting badges were gold. Suddenly, my Xbox shut off, and when I turned it back on, my play wasn't there. I had named it "Okay Stretch," and now it's missing. I have screenshots as proof. Please assist, as I worked hard for this rebirth.

I've been encountering a frustrating issue where every time I play mypark, I get kicked out after hitting the game-winning shot. I tried a fix I found on YouTube, which suggested deleting my saved data. However, when I launched the game again, it did not retrieve my saved data as expected, and now my myplayers are missing. This is concerning for me because I've invested a lot of money, time, and effort into the game. My PS4 username is stormygocrazy, and I even have video evidence to prove that those missing players belong to me. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My son purchased NBA 2K19 but is unable to play online due to a message saying he doesn't meet the requirements for a MyPlayer account. Despite turning off all safety settings, he still encounters the issue. Interestingly, his brother, who downloaded a demo, can play online on a separate Xbox under my Microsoft account. The son with the online play problem has his own Xbox and Microsoft account. Additionally, he can't sign in on NBA2K.com. Our frustration is mounting as he's considering a refund if the issue persists. We're disappointed with the lack of live customer support via phone for a quicker resolution. Kindly assist promptly. 2K Support, I used to have faith in your ability to address gaming issues and player experience, believing you cared about resolving problems. However, I am now disappointed. Have all my unresolved issues truly been closed without any resolution? This is frustrating as I've dedicated time to these events with no rewards. Firstly, my rank never displays during special events, hindering my chances of winning. Additionally, despite participating in every court conqueror event in recent months, my wins haven't been properly recorded. Initially, submitting requests to 2K support resulted in receiving earned rewards after verifying gameplay. However, the last two court conqueror events have not yielded any rewards despite winning all courts in Asia, East, and West servers. Missing out on rewards from six court conqueror events is disheartening, especially since I played diligently with my rebounding post scorer. While I'm grateful for previously receiving earned rewards, the current issue persists as I've invested time and effort into winning without any returns. I urgently need the rewards for further game upgrades, so please review the gameplay meticulously to rectify this situation promptly. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

During a recent power outage caused by a storm, I turned on my game and realized that my 90 overall slashing play 6'3" player, with almost all badges maxed, had gone missing. I had put in a lot of effort into developing this player and am now unable to recover it. Despite being informed that no more recoveries can be made, I truly need this player back as it was my second build when the game was released. I have tried reaching out via email but have not received any assistance. I am willing to pay or do whatever it takes to retrieve this specific player as it holds sentimental value to me.

I had a 93 overall small forward lockdown defender in mycareer who suddenly disappeared when I was close to reaching 94 overall. I had already maxed out all the badges on that player, and I really don't want to start over. It would be great if you could help by providing enough VC to create a new player, restore my missing player, or give me a new player with max badges. Any of these solutions would be greatly appreciated.

In the past two months, I believe I've spent between $1,[redacted] and $1,[redacted] on boosts, jump shots, rebounds, and closed shoes in the game. The glitches have cost me money and games. I work hard for my money and it's frustrating when my player runs out of bounds. This game is popular, and everyone is talking about it. I play with 15 friends, and we spend hours on it. I'm looking for someone to address my concerns and the money I've invested, around $1,[redacted] to $1,[redacted]. I need a manager to respond to these issues. We used to enjoy full courts and lobbies, but now there are long wait times. I've spent on boosts and coins without clear understanding. Despite maxing out attributes on nine players, the expenses continue. I'm considering switching to NBA Live due to these problems.

Today, at approximately 7:54 pm EST, I encountered an issue while playing 2k19 at the park. Despite my WiFi connection being stable and my Xbox pass showing no issues, I kept receiving a "connection lost" message. This led to three unexpected losses on my record and the removal of my Pro 3 status. Unfortunately, I was unable to capture the error message before it disappeared. I have put considerable effort into developing my character, and I am puzzled as to why these losses occurred. I'm unsure if this matter can be resolved, but I am hopeful for assistance in reinstating my Pro 3 status and correcting the erroneous losses incurred. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, my name is Kris Sherrod. My PSN username is HoodieSpazz-_- and I have been playing NBA 2K since [redacted]. I am upset because I have been spinning the daily bonus wheel every day since the game came out, and I have only hit the bonus twice. Last night, when I hit the bonus as a 96 overall, I won unlimited boost. I was thrilled and ready to use it, but after being blue screened, I realized I didn't actually receive the boost. Despite waiting and continuing to play, the boost never appeared. I enjoy playing this game daily and winning incentives like this should be honored. I hope you can investigate and resolve this issue or provide compensation. Thank you.

I reside in Bowling Green, Kentucky, in a 4-bedroom apartment complex. One of my roommates broke into my room and stole my PS4. I had been using my cousin's PS4 until today when I transferred all my saved data to it. Unfortunately, my NBA 2K19 account, with a 92-rated center player who was a double-barred rebounding athletic finisher, is missing. I had customized the player with a variety of shorts, clothes, and other items. I suspect the person who stole my PS4 deleted my account. I would appreciate any help in recovering my account. I spent $75 on VC, only to open multiple 20-pack boxes in MyTeam and got kicked out each time. Out of 60 packs, I only received 3 cards. I'm a dedicated 2k player and have enjoyed the game for years, but this experience is disappointing. Spending thousands of dollars should result in better rewards. I am requesting a full refund for the VC and an additional VC bundle as compensation for the inconvenience. My gamertag is ghettodiablo, and I play on PS4. I am eagerly awaiting a prompt response.

Hi, my name is Sal Campione. I recently played your game and encountered an issue during a career game in the western conference finals against the Warriors. I scored 49 points with 14 assists and 4 rebounds, while LeBron, who is on my team, scored 29 points. In real life, when this kind of performance happens, it usually results in a win. I also believe that Demarcus Cousins will never have a 30+ point game in his career. I wanted to express my frustration as I find the game poorly designed. Thank you.

After reconnecting online, I attempted to retrieve my player from the cloud, but I was unable to find my 94 rebounding athletic PF. Despite reaching out to support over a month ago, my player has yet to be restored. It's frustrating because all my records, stats in various game modes, and progress towards a cap break were reset, leaving me at a loss.

I am experiencing difficulty with loading MyPark games on my PS4. I have been waiting for 2-3 minutes for the game to start, but it does not proceed, causing us to back out. Despite trying for hours and changing courts, the issue persists. Interestingly, whenever I leave, a game starts, suggesting the problem may be on my end. While my friends can easily join games, I seem to be the obstacle. This has led me to believe that I am the reason for the games not loading, although I am unsure why. I have confirmed that my internet connection is stable. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated as I am eager to enjoy the game.

Dear Sir/Miss, I am inquiring about my NBA2K19 account, which I recently discovered has been blocked or banned. I was quite perplexed, so I consulted with my 15-year-old son, who frequently uses my Xbox. He confessed that he received some information from his school friends about a VC glitch, which he tried and shared with his friends. A large red X appeared on the screen with a message indicating a violation of the Terms of Service. Unfortunately, he attempted to conceal it from me, thinking I wouldn't notice due to my infrequent Xbox use. He admits his mistake and is sincerely apologetic. I purchased over [redacted],[redacted] VC in NBA 2K19 to acquire James Harden packs. Although I got the cards I initially wanted, my intention was to get an extra Opal Harden or Yao for auctioning in exchange for MT currency. Unfortunately, slow server connections caused errors despite my stable Wi-Fi. During the pack opening, a lag led to all my duplicate items, including the new Opal Yao Ming and other valuable cards, being automatically sold for 14,[redacted] MT instead of auctioning for a higher sum. I have recorded video evidence of the slow loading screens and accidental sales. I have invested significant money in myTeam and seek a refund of VC or compensation for the loss. I urgently request assistance from a representative who can review the recorded evidence to resolve this issue promptly and fairly. I seek your professional support to rectify this situation.
