I am experiencing an issue with NBA 2k19 on my account [redacted] After finishing a Mycareer game and selecting the Gatorade option for more VC during the press conference, there seems to be a glitch. When Nickyle mentions sending over VC, I do not receive it upon entering the building. The lady inside says there is nothing for me, even though they mentioned sending VC. I am unsure why this is happening and would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter for me.

I recently lost a pink diamond LeBron card and a diamond contract in the game. I contacted customer service for help requesting compensation, but they were unable to offer a solution. After reaching a certain OVR in the game, players lose the ability to select attributes once they fill the cap breaker. Initially, there is a brief window where players can choose, but it's taken away as the player progresses. This lack of control over attribute selection has been consistent in the last two versions of the game up to 94 OVR. It is frustrating not to have this freedom of choice especially as the game becomes more challenging to grind. The game automatically highlights and selects three attributes, which cannot be changed after filling the cap breaker. It would greatly improve the gameplay experience if this issue could be patched and addressed, allowing players to have more agency in shaping their characters.
