2K Sports doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-cojomobr will need to dig through the advice provided by 2K Sports, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-cojomobr's own words
Literally just play *k** and I saw I was banned along with the rest of the crew I was in. Turns out I was banned for putting “hoe” in my team name. ... I got banned for something I had no control over. My friend put the word “hoe” in our crew name, and we all got permanently banned for it, which is rediculous and over the top, and also unneeded and it is dumb to focus on something so small and that doesn’t affect the gameplay at all, especially when people have been cheating since the games release and they still get away with it. My gamertag is cojomobro* on Xbox One, and I would really like to get unbanned and play the game I payed $** for and only got to play * times. *k should read my request already, since I sent it in * weeks ago, and unban me from their servers.
I PAID $** FOR THIS GAME AND GOT TO PLAY IT FOR ABOUT * HOURS. I DIDN’T EVEN HAVE CONTROL OVER MY CREW’S NAME THIS IS REDICULOUS I CANT EVEN CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IT DOESNT WORK.
Unbanning me (cojomobro*), because I understand now that I can’t put vulgarity in my team names, even if I literally have no way of controlling my names. Right now I can’t ever play *K again and I think that is unfair, especially if I haven’t cheated at all and I haven’t affected the gameplay of myself or anyone else ever.
I have been buying *K since *K** back on my xbox ***. I have never ever been banned on any platform ever before in my life and I have spent about $*** supporting this company.
