I was given ** and me as a Christmas gift and sent it away Jan.***** . I was notified by email on Feb.***** a replacement kit was required which after having to call customer care it was sent to me which I sent back on Feb. **. I was notified on Feb.***** my kit was received and sent to the lab. Today I received another email stating another replacement kit was required. I am extremely disappointed that what should be a *-* week process is now dragging out to almost * months. I followed the instructions to the letter and even had to call as your website was not letting me access it and correct the customer care rep who only gave me shipping to the United States when I told her numerous times I am in Canada. Not sure if anyone actually reads these responses but this experience with your product has left a sour taste in my mouth. I am hoping that someone will take the time to get back to me if possible.
GetHuman-zsiggyd did not yet indicate what 23andme.com should do to make this right.
