I am trying to add *password to my new laptop. I currently have it on my iphone, ipad and work computer (my assistant has it on her computer as well so that she can update it for me as needed). **Unfortunately, we don't have the master key or ability to login to it because we cannot locate that information. Every time we reach out to *Password we get a "bot" response and I really want to talk to a human being. My IT staff and my executive assistant have exhausted all other non human avenues. Can some one please call me on my cell phone which is (***) ***-**** or my assistant Lisa Gibson at (***) ***-****? She has access to my *Password account on her computer as well. **Please have a REAL person respond. **Thank you so much.**Alan Wilson
