On Monday, the 13th at 12:03 pm, your driver, Javier Pena, and his truck helper picked up junk for Richard Davis/Brenda Howard at Gessner Storage. Javier accidentally damaged one of the property's cameras while attempting to turn the truck around. The incident was captured on video, and the camera needs replacement costing $1,[redacted].79. The property manager contacted me about the damage, and I promptly reached out to your company, speaking with Clayton at the West Houston Office. Despite assurances, there has been no resolution. Clayton mentioned that his supervisor, Delores, would handle it, but it got passed on to someone else named Alexis, who indicated the matter would escalate within the organization. As of today, Wednesday the 15th, the issue remains unresolved. Clear communication with Gessner Storage is lacking, and I am being pressured to cover the costs. I urge your organization to address this promptly as I am not liable for the damages. I'm disappointed with the lack of follow-up given my previous positive experiences with your services.

I am the power of attorney for my 88-year-old mother who lives with my mentally ill brother. Unfortunately, he has arranged multiple junk pickups without our consent, causing distress as my mother is unaware of her lost belongings. Despite repeated calls to 1-[redacted]-GOT-JUNK requesting them not to pick up items due to my brother's condition, pickups occurred on June 8, 9, and July 2, [redacted]. I was assured by customer service that this would not happen again, but it did. A case worker promised an investigation for item return or compensation, yet no follow-up was received. Despite my efforts, calls to customer service and requests for franchise owner information have gone unanswered. I am seeking contact details for legal purposes and clarification on why this issue remains unresolved. I had arranged a junk removal service ten days in advance to clear out old furniture from four different offices at the courthouse where I work. The estimated amount of furniture would likely fill 1-1.5 truckfuls. The scheduled window was 12:30-2:30, but I received a call before 12:30 stating the team would arrive closer to 2:30, which I agreed to. However, I got another call around 2:40 saying they were going to another job first and would only reach us at 3:30. I couldn't accommodate this delay due to other commitments. They eventually arrived around 3:45 p.m., just an hour before the dump closed, with a 3/4 full truck. They explained they needed to go to the dump to empty before coming back for the rest another day. I opted to only give them what would fit in one load as I found their service unreliable and disappointing. I won't be using them again.

Complaint About 1-[redacted] Got Junk Services Subject: Disappointed Customer To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service provided by 1-[redacted] Got Junk. After arranging to have a pile of wood from a dismantled deck hauled away, I was shocked by the drastic increase in pricing upon the arrival of the truck. Despite the initial estimate of $[redacted] given over the phone, the drivers tried to charge me $[redacted] for the same service. Even after expressing my dissatisfaction, the revised offer of $[redacted] for only half the load seemed unreasonable as my pile only filled about a quarter of a truck bed. Feeling misled by the company's pricing tactics, I decided to look elsewhere for assistance and found a local hauler who completed the job for $[redacted]. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I expected more transparency and fairness from a reputable company like 1-[redacted] Got Junk.
