My order * W**************. My reference ********. I ordered a bouquet of flowers that would arrive on Mother's Day for my Mother-in-Law. Unfortunately, they were not delivered. I chatted on line with one of your customer service reps the day after. She explained that no one was able to deliver in her area. I wish I would have been told this to begin with and could have done something different when I made the order. She told me that following Saturday the flowers would be delivered they found someone that could do the delivery. It was disappointing it would take until the end of the week for this to happen but I accepted it. The flowers arrived on Saturday. They were delivered in a box. The flowers separate and the clear glass vase for her own assembly. I never understood that this is how they would be delivered. The flowers red roses. I didn't order roses, I had asked for a variety of flowers as those were my mother-in-laws favorites. Upon opening the box * to * of the roses looked welted. She place those in ice water to try to refresh them. In addition, to my order of a flower bouquet I also purchased assorted chocolates. This was not included. With everything I paid which was roughly $*** - I don't feel I received what I ordered. The arrangement was incorrect and no candy. The roses that did arrive came in a box for your own assembly and not fresh. This was disappointing. If you could please re-access my bill. You rep said I would get a **% off coupon for a another order. I'm sorry but at this time I am not inclined to reorder and I certainly didn't get what I paid for. I don't know what the cost of for a *** dozen roses. I would be willing to pay for that - and would appreciate the remainder of the funds to be credited back to my card.
