Tried to call you phone but left on hold what seemed like forever. Took the option for a return call but it never happened. ... order *W***************My mother said the flowers were beautiful when she called to thank me on Wednesday. I went by to see her today, * days later, and the majority of the flowers are wilted. I not pleased that the flowers only lasted a few days and look crappy for Mother's Day. I also tried calling you earlier today waiting a while so I used your service to call me back and no one ever did. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
I visited my mother today to see flowers that were wilted. The flowers were in her AIR CONDITIONED home. These shouldn't of wilted in less than * days.
I want another arrangement sent out immediately as I paid GOOD money for these.
Can't fix it if you don't answer your phone.
