I placed two orders to be delivered on Dec. **, ****. When I received the order confirmation, it was listed to be delivered to me. I spent two hours trying to correct the problem, complicated by the inability of the “service people” to speak English clearly and to understand me. At first I wanted just to change the address, since I was told the error was caused by “the computer system”. However, after being repeatedly placed on hold or going through the time consuming process of replacing the call, I decided to cancel the orders. “Customer service” would not give me a direct number or let me speak to a supervisor. They could not even cancel without speaking to someone else. Each delay took five minutes and by this time I was seething. I asked for a cancellation number, but they could not even provide this. I will never deal with this company again
