I have been a loyal *&* customer for almost ** years.**In approximately August of this year, my credit card payments -- for reasons unknown to me -- stopped going through without my knowledge. Upon realizing their was an issue (approximately a month and a half later) I updated my credit card per the instructions on the site and believed the issue was fixed.**After seeing it was not last week, I called customer service to get the payment issue straightened out and was told that it was too late to do so, and that *&* was in the process of deleting all of my data and terminating all of my domains and would be pursuing a negative mark on y credit report. **The representative indicated that despite my efforts to fix this and pay, your company would not be dissuaded from terminating my accounts. **What a horrible way to treat a customer of ** years that has sent you more business than I can even recall. Suffice it to say that I am completely astounded.**Please advise as to whether there is something further that can be done to fix this issue and, or at least preserve my domains. If my domains (that were pre-paid for) are truly cancelled as the representative indicated they would be, I will explore my legal rights in relation to the hard that that will surely cause my business.
