When you dial, you'll discover that the Arkansas DMV does not give any options in its menu to streamline the call. You're simply taken through the welcome message and given to the first available agent, regardless of your question. That can be helpful in that it ensures every representative has knowledge on a little of everything, but it can also mean that customers have to wait a fairly lengthy time with everyone thrown into one pool.

I waited about 10 minutes for a representative to answer my call, which was about average for this kind of call. During my wait, I was interrupted several times to suggest that I head onto the Arkansas DMV and try to resolve my question that way.
