What are the hours and when should I call?

Network Solutions operates the call center for this 866-391-4357 phone number 24 hours, 7 days. The short answer is that you should call on a Tuesday. This observation and the following section are based on analysis of a sample set of 322 calls made in the last 90 days using our free, web-based phone (see above).
An important note: busy times vs hold times vs best time to call
When we refer to busy or less busy times, we are talking about the volume of calls. The busiest times are when the most people are calling this Network Solutions phone number (least busy times have fewer people calling). This high call volume does not necessarily mean that you will have a long hold time when you call. Companies like Network Solutions staff their call centers differently based on the time of day and day of the week, so you may experience a shorter wait on hold at the busiest of times. When we refer to the best time to call, we are referring to the optimal combination of lower call volume and shorter wait times.
The least busy time to call
The least busy day to call Network Solutions is Tuesday. The most busy day to call is Monday. Again, this is based on a sample of 322 calls made with our AI-powered, web-based phone in the last 90 days.
The shortest wait on hold
We measured the shortest hold times to be on Wednesday. The longest wait in the queue on average occurs on Friday.
The best time to call
In summation, the best day to call Network Solutions is Tuesday. This is not the day with the shortest wait on hold in the phone system, but we still recommend it for its ideal combination of low call volume and short hold times. Plus we believe that Network Solutions staffs the call center well on Tuesday.

My Experience Calling 866-391-4357

Apr 1, 2024

When you call the customer service number for Network Solutions, you're quickly greeted by an automated message system. Press two if you would like to make a purchase or need information on a product or service; press three if you need help renewing services; and press four if you need help with existing services, account access, or billing. (Naturally, I was curious what would happen if you pressed one; the answer, however, is nothing. The phone menu will simply repeat.)

This menu will repeat for three cycles if one of the three options is not selected, then the call will be terminated. There is no immediate option to speak with a representative. However, if you press two—the option for making a purchase or needing information on a product or service—you're swiftly connected with a human being. That's good to know!

If you press three, the system uses the number you're calling from to search for you in their system. The number I called from isn't in their system, so I was presented with an additional message system that seemed a bit convoluted but did at least have the option to go back to the previous phone menu by pressing the pound key.

Pressing four will direct you to the website, use the number you're calling from to search for you in their system, and then present you with an additional message system.

I decided to go with the second option—pressing two on the keypad—so I could speak with a representative. Getting in touch with a human being is so much easier than navigating an automated message system, especially when that system is either going to direct you to the website or connect you to a rep anyway.

The person I spoke with was very helpful and thankfully patient and friendly. The automated message system Network Solutions uses could certainly use an update, but at least the reps seem lovely!

Network Solutions's website
As a last, sometimes only, resort- Network Solutions customer service can be accessed through their website. This can entail digging through help articles before finding a form and "being allowed" to submit a problem to their team, and rarely leads to a real-time conversation, which is why GetHuman does not recommend this unless it's the only way.
