Why should I comment about customer care at Support.vonage.com?
First, as customers we can all benefit by learning from each other. Any information you find here that is helpful was provided by another Vonage customer.
Second, we need to keep companies like Vonage in check. If there is a common problem or complaint related to customer service, we need to make each other aware, and ensure that they are listening.
