Why should I comment about customer care at http://twitter.com/VERIZON?
First, as customers we can all benefit by learning from each other. Any information you find here that is helpful was provided by another Verizon Wireless customer.
Second, we need to keep companies like Verizon Wireless in check. If there is a common problem or complaint related to customer service, we need to make each other aware, and ensure that they are listening.
