First, as customers we can all benefit by learning from each other. Any information you find here that is helpful was provided by another Time Warner Cable customer.
Second, we need to keep companies like Time Warner Cable in check. If there is a common problem or complaint related to customer service, we need to make each other aware, and ensure that they are listening.
