Believe it or not, nobody has added any comments or feedback about http://twitter.com/GoogleContacts since it was added to GetHuman on Oct 21, 2009 - so please go on and be the first customer to tell us what you think.
Why should I comment about customer care at http://twitter.com/GoogleConta...?
First, as customers we can all benefit by learning from each other. Any information you find here that is helpful was provided by another Google customer.
Second, we need to keep companies like Google in check. If there is a common problem or complaint related to customer service, we need to make each other aware, and ensure that they are listening.
