Believe it or not, nobody has added any comments or feedback about https://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/escalateForm.htm since it was added to GetHuman on Oct 13, 2011 - so please go on and be the first customer to tell us what you think.
Why should I comment about customer care at https://support.garmin.com/sup...?
First, as customers we can all benefit by learning from each other. Any information you find here that is helpful was provided by another Garmin customer.
Second, we need to keep companies like Garmin in check. If there is a common problem or complaint related to customer service, we need to make each other aware, and ensure that they are listening.
