Why should I comment about customer care at http://twitter.com/FedexRobin?
First, as customers we can all benefit by learning from each other. Any information you find here that is helpful was provided by another FedEx customer.
Second, we need to keep companies like FedEx in check. If there is a common problem or complaint related to customer service, we need to make each other aware, and ensure that they are listening.
