Want to know which retailers give you the most bang for your buck? Well you're in luck. American Express and The National Retail Federation just released their top ten rankings for the retailers, and low and behold
Zappos has attained the top ranking. There are a lot of familiar faces on the list, but
Zappos once again proved to be the most pleasurable experience for customers, and the company exceeded customer's expectations in terms of customer service. Also on the list were (from last to first) Newegg, Nordstrom, QVC, Kohl's, J.C. Penny, Lands' End, Overstock, L.L. Bean, and Amazon.
With the new year comes all new customer service rankings across all industries. We'll try and keep pace with the rankings as they come out in order to help our readers get a better understanding of who are the best in each sector, and where they should focus their time and money in the coming year to gain satisfactory customer service, and as little amount of time as possible.
