Just a heads up to all of our Verizon Wireless customers of a fraudulent scheme involving your cellphones. If you receive a text message encouraging you to dial "#10" for a promotion or deal, do not respond to it. It's a hoax. Customers are encouraged to either ignore it, or report it to Verizon Wireless using our handy dandy shortcuts here on GetHuman.com.
