Two Kinds of Customer Serivce?

Do banks have two kinds of Customer Service? It would appear they do; one for the bulk of their customers and another for the high rollers. Gethuman went to work and was able to find e-mails and phone numbers for the executive offices of Chase and Bank of America. If you find your bank's typical customer service is not helping ask about their "executive office” customer service and be sure to share your findings with Gethuman
