After slightly more than 2 years, the gethuman.com customer service blog is back. Expect us to focus on interesting stories breaking around our top 100 companies, related to how they treat customers on a day to day basis.
You'll also notice some other changes around the site. We've upgraded some of the look and feel in effort to make the site more accessible. If you think we've taken it the wrong direction, or feel that some things should be added or changed, please
