We're sure you're thinking "back-to-back blogs on the same company and the same website? Super lame!!" You're right for thinking that, but we at GetHuman wanted to explain why we think that what Starbucks Coffee has done with Mystarbucks.com is so important.

Both producers and consumers want to have intimate relationships with companies. Companies want loyal costumers and fans and costumers want to be respected. To do so customer service needs to be more than a complaint line it needs to be a place where people can share their thoughts on what is and isn't working and most importantly it conversation. We believe Starbucks Coffee has begun to build the foundation for a long term relationship, they are asking their customers customers to speak up and to connect. This means providing a space for customers goals as well as their annoyances.
