It's only fair that we point this out as we've probably been overly harsh about Toyota in this space, but,
Nissan just announced the third largest recall ever. The company announced the recall yesterday that there was a problem with over 2 million car's ignition systems. The recall affects cars produced between 2003 and 2006 and is mainly on models outside of the US. US customers should be aware that the recall is not a safety issue as it was with Toyota, but instead it causes the engine to stall, and in some cases, does not let the engine start. We can live with that. As always, if you have any questions, concerns or inquiries about the recall and whether or not your car is included in the recall, call our friends at
Nissan USA. Ok, they aren't really our friends, but if you have any questions, give them a call using our shortcut.
