American Express is #1: In the market for a new credit card company? Well look no further because Amex has been ranked number one in terms of customer service, according to J.D. Power and Associates. Apple does well: In yet another customer service survey, Apple has once again come out on top. According to Vocalabs, in a recent study, Apple is leaps and bounds ahead of rivals Dell and HP. While the survey only considers computer use and not phone use, the survey only confirms how much Apple understands about bringing quality products and service to it's customers. Delta is watching Twitter: Be careful what you wish for Twitter users, Delta may be watching. In an effort to fully understand the issues of it's customer base, Delta has begun monitoring Twitter. Saudi Arabia Back on Blackberry: We've been following the story about Middle East countries that have been threatening to ban Blackberry services because of security issue. Saudi Arabia is the latest country to win it's threat against the company, but what's really interesting is now there may be even more governments looking into security issues which could be bad news for Blackberry.
