Just in time for the holiday season and "Cyber Monday", and after initial reports show that online sales from Black Friday have increased 9% from last year, we thought it would be beneficial to find out which companies have the best customer service. With more and more customers choosing to forgo standing in long lines for hours, waiting to take advantage of the best deals, more customers are looking to the internet to do their shopping. Why camp-out when you can simply log-on? After a little bit of research, we found a survey of almost 10,000 shoppers, conducted by the National Research Federation (NRF), that has a list of the top 10 retailers when it comes to customer service. According to NRF the top companies are: Amazon.com, JCPenny.com, Kohl's, Lands End, LL Bean, Newegg, Nordstrom, Overstock.com, QVC, and Zappos. While we have commented on the effectiveness of some of these companies in the past, there are definitely some new companies on the list (JCPenny.com, Newegg, and QVC come to mind).
Not coincidentally, we here at
GetHuman.com have fast and effective cheats to all of the top ten companies, should you choose to call them for your customer service needs. Readers, do any of you have Black Friday experiences you want to share? As always you can let us know about your online experiences, good or bad, in our Review/Stories sections.
