It's not too often that we toot our own horn over here at
GetHuman.com, but over the last couple of months, we've been making some changes to the site that hopefully you have noticed, and are enjoying. We wanted to keep our users up to speed on some of the changes to the site, and since this is a site driven by you, the user, think of this as our annual meeting...minus a 10-k or Gordon Gecko talking about greed being good.
Facebook Fan Page: We recently created a Facebook fan page that you can now become a fan of. Since this is a site driven by consumers, we figured what better way to get the word out than to let your friends know what you think of
GetHuman.com.
Follow the link and become a fan today! More fans = more tips/cheats. More tips/cheats = more happy consumers who won't waste their life waiting for a customer service representative to answer their questions.
iPhone Application and Mobile Site: As many of you have probably seen, we have a free iPhone application that you can download. The iPhone application has all the same great information as the website, and it dials the phone number for you after telling you how to get to a live person.

We have also recently launched a Mobile version of
GetHuman.com for those of you who don't have an iPhone. The Mobile version allows you to access the site's database from any mobile device, providing you with the same customer service cheats as the website. Don't have a computer? Use your phone!
