Monday, January 22, 2007 - Who was the credit card company that did this? I've renewed my credit cards many times in the past and never had an experience such as this. It has invariably been a quick-&-easy experience. We should really let these folks know that this sort of behavior will not be tolerated. Did you cancel the card? I certainly would have.
