It seems like every week we could post something about
Apple because well, the company does an excellent job and it just makes our life in this space a lot easier. In the newest development, the leading consumer satisfaction index has ranked the iPad the greatest product...ever. No joke. The American Consumer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) gave the iPad a score of 86, which is the highest score the index has ever given to a product or company. What's interesting however is that the index has never tracked iPods because they do not have specific category for those kind of products. Hey newsflash ACSI, iPods and MP3 players are here to stay and have been one of the more successful inventions of the last ten years. You might want to figure out how to account for them. Regardless, the most important take-away from this is once again,
Apple is playing chess while others are playing checkers. The company continues to create innovative products that blow away the competition and set the bar incredibly high for others to try and emulate. Whether it's creating new products (have you SEEN the size of the screen on the new Nanos?), or backing by their products with excellent warranties and solid customer service,
Apple continues to be the leader in its industry, forcing its competitors to constantly play catch-up.
