Everyone will relate and laugh out loud
Every so often, we find someone who not only has a great take on the issue of frustrating phone systems, but also finds a poingnent and entertaining way to reflect it. Jeff Hoyt is one of those people. He produces a podcast called "Hoytus Interruptus." The show uses a technique he calls "lyrical storytelling" to put his comentaries to music.
When I listened, I laughed out loud, and so will you. Anyone who has ever been frustrated with automated phone systems will related to his latest peice called "Voice Jail." Visit http://www.hoytus.com/?p=21 and click on "Click Here to Listen." Trust me it will be worth your time.
Oh, I nearly forgot. This is even funnier / more ironic because Jeff is a voice actor whose voice is heard on hundreds of commercials along with a fair number of corporate IVR systems around the country.

After trying for over one month to have my account corrected, I finally called the CEO's office. This was for a large bureaucratic insurance company. His secretary fixed my problem within 48 hours. I wished I had read gethuman.com and listened to this great audio one month ago. I would have not been so frustrated and mad. Thanks to all.
