“I will never shop Zellers, The Bay or any affiliated stores again. Cancelling my credit card WITHOUT notifying me is very bad customer service! Also, HBC Rewards should NEVER expire! I hope someone is listening and reading this. You lost me as a valuable credit and cash customer and I will be notifying anyone I chose to to tell them how bad you are for these policies. I had personal reasons for not going to your stores these past few years (besides you don't have one in downtown Vancouver anyway). P.S.: You need to rearrange the womens' clothing in the Oakridge store as it is dangerous (racks too close together) and disabled people (I am not one) would have trouble negotiating. It looks so untidy.”
