I have been fighting with them since June 2009 because they have turned me over to a collection agency since I refuse to pay them $573.19 for 73 days service after I was told my cable would be around $70.00 per month. That only comes to around $188.00 for the 73 days. I have already paid them $217.00 for what should have cost me only $188.00. Their service stinks and the customers are always the cause of the technical problems. Can you imagine wanting $573.00 for CABLE ONLY!!! for only 2 1/2 months??? BEWARE
