Yahoo rating from customer: 2.0 out of 5: Poor. Comments from customer: I connected to a person by choosing option 2, as hitting 0 did not work. They refused to help solve technical problems and would only refer me to the Yahoo web support page. No joy.

Yahoo tip: I received a message to change my password for security reasons. I didn't want to change because I was so used to the one I had. However, security is a big thing now a days so I changed my password. Every time since then when I type in my password the system won't let me in! As a matter of fact, they shut me out for 24 hours to investigate if someone else was changing my password. Hello...just me because you won't let me in. I really don't need this. Help..Customer Service where are you!

Yahoo tip: Yahoo took fifteen minutes to send an e mail that google sends in 10 seconds. Yahoo can't find an e mail contact in its own file. I still don't have access/to my contacts. I pushed the send button six times before I quit. Yahoo never acknowledges "e mail sent". This mess has been going on a month. Restore Google?
