We waited for 3hrs+ with them keeping us on hold (we just left the call on our speakerphone while we worked) and finally we gave up. Their website kept randomly cancelling our order and we couldn't find a human to help us. Accordingly, they deserve a 0 out of 5. Even Air Canada has a better rating. WestJet deserves to be out of business with this new approach. It is sad, they used to be so good... human even.
