They switched me over to the $0.20/minute plan when I (unknowingly!) did not top up enough to cover what my balance was after taxes and surcharges. I was $1.00 short, even though I got the text message that my top-up was successful! E-mail service sucks, so I talked to Ben and he gave me 500 minutes free and told me how to avoid this in the future.
