<description><![CDATA[Verizon (land line) tip: I've had three conversations with Verizon this week, each lasting 90 minutes to 3 hours.  That's just this week.  The past 6 months have been a major time suck trying to straighten out their various order/billing errors.  Everytime they've rectified one thing, they've messed up another.  Right now, mysteriously, I have no email  service and because their billing and internet dept. is only open M-F 9-6 EST (I'm on PCT), I will not have email all weekend, an error which is costing me thousands of dollars in business transactions.

Verizon customer service is THE WORST. How can you  not have 24/7 customer service and call yourself a communication company?]]></description>

It took aprox. 5 min. with the recording trying every type of instruction to get me to talk and then I was connected to live person. I told her I wanted only live operators - no press this or that and she stayed with me through the next transfer after I told her what I wanted. Entire call done in about 10 minutes, included discontinuing all long distance, requesting a brochure for certain services, and getting my phone listing in the phone book corrected.]]></description>
