Verizon (Land Line) Tip from stella

“I've had three conversations with Verizon this week, each lasting 90 minutes to 3 hours. That's just this week. The past 6 months have been a major time suck trying to straighten out their various order/billing errors. Everytime they've rectified one thing, they've messed up another. Right now, mysteriously, I have no email service and because their billing and internet dept. is only open M-F 9-6 EST (I'm on PCT), I will not have email all weekend, an error which is costing me thousands of dollars in business transactions. Verizon customer service is THE WORST. How can you not have 24/7 customer service and call yourself a communication company?”
