"This was beyond horrible - no tech showed up as scheduled and now I am magically rescheduled for 4 days later. Problem was reported first 2 weeks ago! When I spoke with supervisor, she said "guess what, we're not coming"! Could not believe the attitude!" read more reviews like this »
