The wait time was not unreasonable considering I called in the middle of the day. I didn't have to press any other buttons to get on a line to reach a person, I just had to wait. The customer Service agent (Leticia?) was very professional and even friendly! She didn't tell me she had to transfer me to a different department or anything, just delt with my issue, then and there. THANK YOU
