“Reach a human in 1 minute, what a surprise. The only problem I have is that my Fios box keeps turning off and they would not send a survice man out with a new one, but would overnight 1,but its friday and will probably not get 1 till monday. With March Madness, lets just say husband is not going to be happy.”
