"its impossible to get someone to make restitution for a bad flight. its impossible no one knows an answer and sends you to another person to wait on the phone for 20 minutes. the business i have lost trying to get a ticket that was promised me because of united having overbooked a flight is incredibly poor customer service. i finally just gave up which i think is uniteds way of dealing with mistakes." read more tips like this »
