“Our bags had been lost last night and were not delivered this morning as promised. We used this feature after a frustrating attempt to work our way through their automated system. I think we were connected to some guy in India. He was very difficult to understand because of the accent and because the connection was poor. He finally tracked down our bags (more than the automated attendant could do) but told us we wouldn't receive them until 3 AM our time. Had to ask if he could do better and he found a flight arriving at 7:30 PM. Poor service but at least it was a live person.”
