“I'm the one mentioned in this post and I am still dealing with it, I have given John from the President's Office until 1pm EST to call me back regarding this issue. He told me yesterday at 11am that it would take about 24 hours, so if I haven't heard from him by lunch, then I will be calling him back....I'll keep you all updated on this saga...LOL”
